    These are true German schnapps.

APFELKORN SCHNAPPS - tastes like apple

DOORNKAAT SCHNAPPS - tastes like juniper berries (gin like)

JAGERMEISTER - (yes it is) Herbal flavours

If you tried to give raspberry schnapps to a connoisseur it would be an abomination, however it is a perfectly fine spirit for mixing drinks and martini cocktails

I think schnapps in itself is a pure alcohol. I believe its the what the alcohol is made from. So whatever the flavouring is its added. I might be wrong

It's artificial flavouring meant to taste like the real thing.Peach, peppermint, and rasberry are my favorites.

There's no such thing. "Schnaps" in German means any strong (32%Vol or over ) liquor, made fom a variety of things, everything really from potatos and grain over roots of gentian and Jerusalem artichoques to all kinds of fruit.

Raspberry is actually not one of them, because raspberries are too low in sugar to ferment successfully on their own. In German it is called "Himbeergeist"(raspberry spirit) and it's made by soaking raspberries in a neutral tasting spirit and then distill again.

Every good schnaps is supposed to taste of the thing it's made of,except potato and grain spirits which are meant to be fairly neutral in taste.

The only abomination is when the thing is made badly and tastes of paintstripper instead.

sounds good. I love peach schnaaps in 7UP so delicious! It's dangerous though, you can't taste the alcohol in that drink.
