2 weeks ago it was legs, last week was zoo animals, how and who decides what the themes are and whats next week? and how do we find out?

I have no idea who decides what goes on in one week. I think it is just one person who thinks it would be fun and "tags" people on their friends list to tag those on theirs and so one to see how many people get in on it.
