There is none in my county and its soo anoying because I was wanting to start skating lessons.

Talk to you local county recreation department and help raise money. You should propose a plan to try to get an ice arena opened up in your area- usually there isn't more than once ice arena in a county and some don't have ice arenas so people have to travel- I have a lot where I live because we had the Winter Olympics, but before the Olympics came we only had 3 or 4 in the state.
