Club Penguin help....!!!?

Question

I have a Club Penguin account and I want to go to the server Thermal. But it says that my penguin is already there but I am not. I could go 2 any other server but not Thermal. Does that mean that I can't ever go 2 the server Thermal? How can I fix this problem? Thanx

Just becuz I restart my computer doesn't mean that Club Penguin will restart too.....I think

Gen just sign out of and don't go to it for like an hour maybe you have been to much on it ok that is what happened something to me but not on club penguin.so do that

Make sure your not on a server on another computer.

The best thing to do is REstart your computer

maybe you could sign out and then sign back in,  you might close all the other urls and the screen,  most times that help.

Can you contact a customer service rep? Or do they have a help link? Other than that, hon, I have no idea.
