Have you received a postcard through notme.hk?
I just received an email message telling my that I had received a postcard from a family member at notme.hk. I tried to open the link and aver several attempts I got to a page saying they were testing some new browser features and "click here" to view the original message". I clicked and then it wanted me to open an .exe file that I found peculiar so I shut it down. My antivirus program warned me of possible suspicious activity, maybe a virus.
Have you ever heard of this notme.hk? If not and you get an email from them, my advice is to just delete it. At least I'm not risking opening any unknown .exe files.

I got the same email this morning. This website domain is in Hong Kong. Apparently this is spam directing the recipient to a website that contains a virus that downloads to the user's computer. When I was dumb enough to try to find the website this morning, my browser couldn't locate it.
I did find out on "KELLY T'S BLOG" that this was a virus, and the recipient should STAY AWAY! Promptly delete the message if you receive it. Hers was under the guise of catcher.hk, but that's a formality, as catcher.hk, notme.hk, and duhymn.hk, as well as other undiscovered domains have yielded the same results.
According to user "ianmacmillan" at the Atomic Systems Forum, these e-mails are being sent from i.p. addresses pretty much all over the world.
To sum up, just beware, be skeptical, and be on the look out for crazies trying to infect your computer for nothing more than a thrill!

When you get something like this from an unrecognizable source, first check it out by trying the URL for this supposed website WITHOUT clicking from the link. In this case you would check out notme.hk and you would find there is no such website. You can also check by googling notme.hk to see what shows up, in which case you would have gotten this information here.

Same here, except I never got to the point that I could open a .exe file. Deleted the whole mess in a puff of smoke!! LOL!
