Sidekick3 and Helio Ocean.......?

Im getting a new cellphone soon and Im wondering which one to get... Its either between the Sidekick 3 or the Helio Ocean.... What are the pros and cons of these phones??

    The sidekick 3 is really big, but T-Mobile service is cheap. I'd get the helio.
