Another country, another house, another sex, another era -- sure! That's why we read novels.
I think I'd have the same personality, basically, but a whole lot of different opinions. Oh, and if it were a place/time without antidepressants, everyone would hate me and I might be dead.

It depends on what country. If I were born in Saudi Arabia where women are treated lower than dogs, yes, I'm sure I'd be quieter and try to fade into obscurity, a faceless, nameless figure in head to toe black. I surely wouldn't be the confident, outspoken, social person I am today.
If I were born in any other Western country, I probably would be pretty much the same. Who knows? Maybe I'd be more refined. haha
