Are rapidshare.com and rapidshare.de the same?

and should an account with .com work with .de?

Update:

I know that .com means anywhere and .de is germany. the two domains are owned by the same guy. But will an account created in one work with the other? There's loads of stuff out there that is on either.

    Maybe, maybe not.

    .COM is a standard COM site that can be from anywhere.

    .DE is from Germany

    Go to DNSSTUFF.COM and find out where these sites are hosted and who owns them.
