Where can i find really cute costumes for my toddlers (GIRLS 2&3) FOR A GOOD PRICE?

Party City, They have toddlers sections and they know your protective about your little ones and you want them to stay warm! I'm 12, and throughout my years tric-or-treating, I wear a long sleeved white shirt and occasionally pants to stay extra warm, so you might want to try that. (Cheap prices too)

Try Old Navy or Target, their costume prices are very reasonable (under $24) and most of them are made of fleece!

I bought a really cute CARE BEAR costume for my nephew from century twenty one for fifteen dollars. it is a very good quality and really cheap.
