I have several choices:
Mitford (Jan Karon's fictional series about a little town near the East Coast of the USA) - she writes about the setting & characters so well that I think I know everyone personally and would be able to recognize them if I ever got there.
Macondo (Gabriel GarcÃa Márquez' fictional town in which many of his novels & short stories are set) - I have spent so much time studying the author's work that I feel like Macondo really is a place (I've actually been to a club by that name in Colombia, S.A.).
The Garden of Eden (the Bible) - I really believe it used to exist but I'd want to visit it as it was when the Earth was just created, not as it is now (somewhere in Africa or the Middle East, I think).
Can't think of any others but I'm sure there are others. That's a very good question, by the way!

Green Acres, but I like the ideas of visiting Springfield and Middle Earth as well. I'd like to see Lothlorien most of all.
