Man put on sex offenders register for having sex with a bicycle?

The report doesn't say whether the bike was a man's or woman's model. Was it straight or gay sex? Perhaps it was a "bi" cycle that swings both ways?

Also, what age was the bike, if it was under age, they guy would be a pedal-ophile, so he certainly deserved to be on the sex offenders register. Perhaps it was a very old model, better described as "an old saddle bag"

In any event, the guy was oviously a crank.

He was living in a homeless hostel. The cleaners knocked at his door several times before letting themselves in, where they stumble upon him using his bike to have an elaborate w@nk.

He'd set this up so that he'd deliberately be discovered by the cleaners. Indeed, it seems like he gets off on that type of behavior as he's got convictions for similar offenses in the past.

So the "bike sex" part of the story is a red herring, and yes, as a serial flasher/sex pest he does need to go on the register.

Bicycle has to answer this when called in witness box. Silly, If masturbation is not crime, how having sex with bicycle can be a crime. Since the boy found a new method of having sex, only a judge can decide whether it can be permitted and under what rules. U can do anything in privacy but not in public sight.

Its just WRONG. I imagine that the government will now have to pay for that bicycle to have intense counselling and it may never go on to form a proper relationship with another bicycle because of this. It may have problems being left alone in a cycle rack from now on. Lets face it - the bicycles life is over xxxxxx

Anyway, I think he had to be put on the Sex Offenders' Register - just look at all those poor defenceless bikes chained up outside shops and offices all over the country, at the mercy of this relentless sexual predator! Lol!

i can't see a problem with it all he done was love his bike not has if he was doing it out in the street.he should not have been put on the sex offenders list there are a lot more perverts out there who dont get put on it. would have been funny though if he got it stuck in a hole in the bike and had to call the emergency services. lol

I think what's being missed here was he was living in a hostel. Technically this man was homeless and living in temporary accomodation.

Now I realise that hostel owners have to make sure they keep a clean house and no drugs or stuff goes on. But homeless people still have a right to privacy, no matter how odd they are.

Bad puns aside, the cleaner should have knocked. Weirdo register, yes. Sex offenders seems punitive.
