Human Origin - God (Creationism) v Advanced ETs (Intelligent involvement)?

Accepting that, through the abysmal & TOTAL LACK of 'unequivocal' human mediatory fossil, & "common ancestor", evidence, in the 'Macro' field & the huge controvercy in the 'Micro field, which cannot hold up anyway, without the basic support of 'Macro-evolution', that 'the theory of evolution' is dead. Do you think, considering all the evidence of the 'SUDDEN' apperances of the various human species, amongst many other things, indicating intelligent design of some sort, that the argument for extremely advanced (by MILLIONS of years) 'extra terrestrial' involvement in human origin, is a more feasible 'suggestion' than, given the collossal, UN-GOD-LIKE imperfections we have to suffer in our daily lives, being 'created out of clay'?

Update:

Pip

How nice of you, in your typically blinkered & small brained way, to be so critical of my use of punctuation to emphasize a point, whilst you totally ignore the point itself.

At least the other members of your 'cult' try to follow the thread of the argument, even if they do, dogmatically, dig themselves deeper into their flawed beliefs & preachings, by spouting the validity of 'evolution', without producing ANY "SPECIFIC" UNEQUIVOCAL human 'mediatory' fossil evidence, nor a single scrap of evidence to support the "common ancestor" figment of their imagination, that they introduced in a desperate attempt to fool themselves, & the public, into believing the magical, fanciful, 'theory of evolution'.

The 'knee jerk' reaction of torrents of insults & childish sarcasm, which is 'spat out' of evolutionist's contorted mouths, everytime their 'faith' is questioned, has become more humerous than the fanatical defenders of any other 'religion'.

'Evolution', sad to say, is a farse!

Update 2:

This information was supplied by *Melinda* in a question she put, but the question has been 'removed', by Yahoo, for no apparent reason other than it opposed the theory of evolution.

Evolutionists are REALLY getting desperate!!

Here's the link - It's VERY interesting and much mure 'factual' that evolution :

Hi Melinda

You're right. For some reason my link isn't working, but despite it being identicle to yours, yours does.

(Can anyone explain this?)

So everyone 'click' onto Menlida's link for some very revealing info.

The point is there is no proof to support any theory of creation, evolution or ET.What is amazing though is the fact people believe that every possible living creature came from a one -celled organism . Darwin called evolution mistakes in nature that made slight changes to the anatomy . Thats alot of mistakes going on to make evey creature on this planet .

Oh how open minded and accepting are the intellectually elite. NOT!

Why must they always insult rather than dialog?

Your question is in fact a good question and that is exactly why they circle the wagons and hurl insults.

I myself see the hand of creation in everything. Remember evolution was accepted when the intellectual elite accepted the idea of spontaneous generation. Behold a piece of rotting meat one day, yields life forms the next day. The maggots just appeared from nowhere.

I dont at all believe in alien creation. (Mormons do, but thats a whole other story) Thanks to 50 years of project SETI and over 60 million hours of computing time spent on the radio signals from the cosmos, they have not found a single signal, much less even a 'ping'. Certainly if the Universe were 7.1 billion years old and there are billions of solar systems within the millions of galaxies, then certainly millions of previous civilizations, 100's of millions of years ago would have sent a few signals into the cosmos. Yet not even a ping?

Finally the "UN-GOD-LIKE imperfections" are explained in Genesis, they are due to the "fall". Including the explanation for painful child birth. There is no other example in the entire animal kingdom, that other animals suffer greatly during the birth of their young.

I applaud you my friend and do not be deterred by the open minded, free thinkers. Many are so open minded that their brains fell right out long ago.

As a Christian, who has studied biology and theology, I even have an answer to this. Theistic evolution does not settle for the Christian God because of the fact the sole author. You forget hat Muslims and Buddhists (and others) can settle for evolution because of the fact the way their God created the earth. Its no longer limited to Christianity..... Its the comparable as clever layout or creationism. ------ Secondly, in case you learn technology you will see that scientists are commencing to agree that we could have not any branched off of an ancestor shared with Chimpanzees. the sole reason college's nevertheless tutor your theory of human evolution is by technique of an previous medical assembly agreeing to tutor it that way in the oftentimes used public college gadget.... although, early hominids like Ardi, tutor that there are holes in the belief of evolution.

Assuming that human life on earth is due to ET involvement, then it gives rise to the question whether these ETs were a direct creation of God or Intelligent or due to interference of even more advanced ETs. This causality issue can go on ad infinitum. I'd rather put my faith in God and have a good night sleep. Have a nice day and best regards to your ETs.

We have a whole variety of transitional fossils between our ape-like ancestors and modern Homo sapiens.

The argument you are using is known as the Argument from Imperfection, which basically says that an all-knowing entity could not have created us because of the flaws in our biology. It's a common argument used by atheists to refute the idea that we have been created by an almighty.

These flaws in our biology are due to evolution. Evolution is a gradual process, and it's never perfect because evolution 'adapts' old structures for new purposes (the feather, for example, is thought to be a reptilian attempt at hair, but later evolved to be the flying device it is today).

Our pelvis, for example, is not designed for walking on two legs; it was adapted for this purpose, and it shows. Heck, if we had been designed by intelligent creatures, our females would give birth through our abdomen rather than having the human skull pass painfully through the pelvis. But evolution doesn't work like that; evolution acts on traits that are, for the most part, already there.

As to your whole extraterrestrial idea, why are you trying to devise a remote and unprovable explanation for our apparent design when science settled this issue in the 1930s and 1940s? There isn't any controversy as to whether or not evolution occured anymore, and there hasn't been since the 1940s, at least in scientific circles.

So, you reject the mountains of evidence in favour of evolution, and then suggest we accept a hypothesis which has no evidence at all. That makes "sense", where do I send my science degrees to be burned?

Assertions are not proof. Your disbelief and lack of understanding of evolution is not proof of alien involvement. The Theory of Evolution is supported by more than 95% of scientists worldwide as well as most mainstream religions (first link section 63) - not bad for a "dead" theory. As for the sudden appearance of various human species, what do you call sudden? The various human and hominid species co-existed and overlapped before becoming extinct, the last being the Neanderthals 30,000 years ago. Plenty of fossil records of them. See second link.

Alien intervention does not explain how our DNA is so similar to primates, and in fact, all other organisms on Earth.

There is no intelligence in our design. There is a simple gradation of form, function and intelligence within the organisms on Earth. We are at the top for intelligence. Other animals are at the top for hearing, eyesight, smell, reproductive ability etc etc.

Accepting the idea of aliens as our creator is just one step back from the question, "Where did they come from?" It is all a smoke screen to side step the overwhelming evidence that God exists and the imperfections are a result of sin on a fallen race.

There is absolutely no shred of evidence to support extra-terrestrial involvement with the origin of humans. If you disagree with this statement, please provide one (yes, just one) peer-reviewed, scientific journal article that offers any evidence to suggest that this claim is even remotely possible.

On a side note, I find it very amusing how quickly people will adopt such irrational belief systems despite the mountains of evidence that support the evolutionary processes.

The origin of life on earth or anywhere else cannot be scientifically explained.... except for a Creator.

The scientific Law of Biogenesis states that all life comes from previous life...it is a fundamental law that has been observed to be true in every instance and has NEVER been disproved. If life cannot arise on earth from non-living materials, how could it have done so elsewhere? There's been no direct proof of this occurring. The only other option is a Creator.

Read the book "Sudden Origins." And no, I don't believe in the Alien or God explanations.
