Yes they eat them cos it sees them through the week.

If you don't believe in ghosts, then no... but, if you do believe, it opens up some possibilities.

Firstly, a poltergeist, or angry spirit; famous for picking things up and throwing them around the room. They are most likely to do it while you're there, but it would be possible for them to just throw your glasses somewhere whilst you were out of the room so you couldn't find them. It could also crush them up so it looked like they had been chewed

Then, a more powerful ghost or spirit guide may be able to just take the glasses into the spirit world, so they would disappear from the real world... what happens to them then is anyone's guess, but they would probably never come back.

As for a ghost actually consuming the glasses as a kind of food, it's unlikely, but maybe a spectre, or some bad foreign spirit would do it in front of you as a scare tactic... the problem is, they probably won't be content with stopping there, it would be only the first sign of trouble.

The real question is, do you believe?
