should I take this back??
I just got a new MP3 last night, I read the manual, let it charge for 4 hours, it was working at first, but now it wont even load fully because it just frezzes, and yes I even reset it ( several times) and I still get the same thing.

Yes, it would appear to be faulty.

Yes it seems to be faulty. You have statutory consumer rights, under the sale of goods act 1979. If it is faulty, you have the right to a refund or replacement of the same value.

Sounds like a firmware problem. Take it back to where you bought it and get a replacement or your money back.

take it back.. im sure they will replace it.. just explain to them what really happens.. make sure you still have the receipt..

take it back, get a refund (its faulty, you are intitled) and get a different one
