barton peveril bus pass?
Can the pass issued be used on all Solent Bluestar before the end of the term as I have to get in much later and leave much earlier on lots of my days.

Last week, the new free seniors; bus and rapid transit program went into effect in Chicago. Many of the seniors have written to the newspaper to point out that they did not ask for the free rides and refuse to take advantage of the program when there are working people who cannot afford bus fare to get to their jobs. The sales tax in Chicago was raised to over ten percent, the highest in the nation, to pay for the public transportation system, including the free ride program for seniors. That increased tax puts a burden on everyone, including the poor. it also discourages buying in the city, which sooner or later will mean fewer job opportunities at retail establishments in the city. The government failed to recognize that not all seniors are poor, and not all poor people are seniors. Millionaires over the age of 65 living on the Gold Coast get free rides in Chicago while people looking for employment have to scrape together a couple of dollars to travel to a job interview. Something is wrong with the system.
