I have noticed that my hand and feet go numb very often. Does anyone know why this happens?

Poor circulation probably.

this happens because of the poor circulation of the blood to these parts. if this happens with the change in color too than it may be a disease known as raynaud's phenomenon. but if there are no color change involved and the numbness is not because of the exposure to change in temperatures than you should try to keep your hand and feet moving. but this can be some thing serious, and it is in your best interest to go and see a doctor.

Hi. Could be a circulation problem. Do you feel tingling, and pins and needles at the same time? Then it could be a nerve issue. If it continues, and you're worried about it, do go see a doctor. Good luck!

It is quite possible that you have bad blood pressure and/or poor circulation.
More exercise, no smoking and watch what you eat
If you go for a general check up with your doctor they will be able to tell you more.
