Jeans etiquette?

everyone hates just-washed jeans but you gotta wash em

what you can do instead is keep them in the sun when you use them everytime and so you can use them longer before a wash is required

you can even try steam ironing them after the wash

I hearr you. Honestly, I will wear my jeans for a week if I can get away with it. The only time I wash them is if I go out somewhere and people are smoking because that smell is hard to get out. Or obviously if they get a stain on them, but if you can get away with it and they feel good, do ittt!! Who wants to wear tight just washed jeans when you can look and feel great in worn in ones?

If they are dirty or smelly clean them (or wrinkly)

if not wear away!

there is not a set time you need to wear something before it's washed!

just as long as you don't wear them in a row! lol well even then i have seen it and really it don't bother me! i just want hang out for long! LOL

Do what you want your sister may like just washed jeans! but i'm with you i don't like them wash! HEck i just don't like jeans! lol

Once does it for me.

You pick up germs from sitting in public places. Offices, schools, park benches etc There are lots of germs on your clothes. I ride the subway. Anyone and everyone rides it as well. A homeless person who probably didn't wash in gawd knows when could have sat in that seat before. No way am I wearing them again before I wash them.

I prefer washing after 2 times. 3's probably the max but as long as they don't smell or have your dinner down the front of them you might be able to get away with leaving them for longer.

jeans which cost me over a 100 dollars, i'd rather not wash very frequently, so i don't wear them days in a row. air them away from direct sunlight. as long as it they look clean, i don't put them to laundry immediately. cheap jeans, i'd put them to the hamper, 6-8 hrs of wearing, i'd say i'll wear them 2-3times.

I guess it depends on what you do when you are wearing them. I would think over 3 times would be pushing it, but if all you are doing is sitting around indoors than why not? Unless you are in a smoking environment, than once is enough.

I use the 2-3 times rule. But as long as they look decent (pressed, smell fresh, etc) then wear away!

A couple of days at the most, and that's unusual for me. My jeans get dirty. I wear clean ones everyday.

It depends on how soiled they get. Also, women tend to wear them much tighter which can make a difference. For women, I'd say about three days. Guys, maybe a week. Again, it will depend on how dirty they get.
