Loan with a credit union?
I currently have 2 loans with a credit union. The first loan is a personal loan and the 2nd is an auto loan. Here is my question, I have not been making my payments for the personal loan due to work, but I am current on the auto loan. I want to know if I don't make any more payments to the personal loan, is it possible for the credit union to put a lien on the car? Also, I am in California. Thank you so much for your help.

Having both accounts at the same Credit Union is just asking for trouble. With one current account and one delinquent account, they could just start "accidentally" screwing with your payments.
I would suspect that they would just come after you for money rather than placing a lien on your vehicle, but you never know.
