Why is the Media lying about the Russia/Georgia War?

Well, not all the media are slanting the news to make Russia the new bogeyman. 4/5 UK newspapers I read this morning gave a blow-by-blow account of what happened, and it's clear that the Georgians started this whole conflict to goad Russia into a response. The Georgians fired rocket and artillery into the capital of Ossetia, Tskhinvali, yesterday as well as bombing runs with warplanes killing 12 Russian peacekeepers, hundreds of civilians, and flattening a hospital. Russia had little choice but to respond to this massive unprovoked attack on its citizens (Ossetians carry Russian passports) and its peacekeepers.

Watching the Georgian president now asking for help on TV (In English!) was a surreal experience. The guy fires artillery shells into a city to start a war, and he wants our help? I thought the US and EU flags in the background was a nice touch.

Here's the thing:

1. According to DEBKA, the Israeli military site, there are over a thousand Israeli troops in Georgia at the moment in combat. There are also US marines acting as "Advisor's" to the Georgian military.

2. There is a massive US naval armada steaming towards Iran right now. (Over 3 carrier groups and 2 expeditionary fleets). It includes French nuclear submarines and a British carrier group. The combined strength of which is so massive that it can only have one purpose: To fight/deter a Russian/Chinese response after an attack on Iran.

3. So, once again, it seems we're going to war on behalf of Israel. Only this time it's going to be a world war. It's funny - I've recently been answering questions to try to keep people from inciting hatred against decent Jewish folks in the US who may/may not support Israel, but it seems the Israeli influence in Washington is completely entrenched. Ariel Sharon was right: Israel does control America.

4. We're now a couple of months away from the US presidential elections. A lot of people have been posting in politics that the only way for Bush to stay in power (Or get people scared enough to elect another republican president) is for America to be embroiled in another war.

Well, I will be writing a few letters to the editors of newspapers today (And to my MP) to highlight what's going on with our Royal Navy and plead with them to pull our men and women out from starting another world war. I hope the French do the same.

at the moment they don't know what to do about the situation and are trying to kind of keep it under the rug for the time being, trust me, this situation we are in right now hasn't happened since the cuban missile crisis, all i am saying you all know the USA doesn't back down, and Russia has now made it very clear that they are back rebuilt from the cold war and they are ready to fight, russia knows damn well we wouldn't approve of this, Russia is trying to kill some of the USA credibility for what we do in Iraq. quite frankly they are right but that does not mean we will sit and watch and back down world war 3 is coming the Iranian president said a few months ago that an attack on Iran would be painful, anyone thinking about a biological virus, kills all clean the bodies and the buildings left intact a cure and a disease are you kidding me, the USA has the most powerful military in the world, and these people do not care and are sticking it to us. balls they have a plan, you better believe that and in the end it all goes BOOM

There doesn't seem to be much 'truth' behind the reasons for any war nowdays. The Iraq war being because of 9/11, WMD's etc is Bulls*it on the tenth degree. Iran had no connection to 9/11, and mourned with us on that day, yet we are over there poking them in the chest, and Iran is to be our next Middle Eastern war falsely based on the Axis of evil-9/11 theology. I do believe that 9/11 was either created, or an excuse for this mission of conquest.

The media(prettymuch owned by the world bank) is filling our heads so full of crap, that everyone should be able to see right through it, but they somehow don't. I can't figure out how people can be so easily brainwashed into going along with wars based on false premises. Many Americans don't even understand how bad, brutal, and life changing war is. Over 1,000,000 Iraqi's, and 4,100 US troops have died for what? We simply overthrew a sovergn nation, and created a welfare state who can no longer sustain itself-lovely! Saddam was bad, but is this better? Those who think so are really uneducated to the facts.

Our history books tell us that Americans who defended our country against England during the Revolution were patriots. Iraqi's who defend their sovernghty are called terrorists, and our mission is to kill them...think about it. There are reasons to fight wars, but those reasons for the past few wars we've been meddling in(or created) are not justified.

One simple thing I do when a new war starts that the US is involved in, is look at the geography, and potential value of said nation to a New World order agenda. If you do this, you will find a pattern to all of this. We truly are in the middle of a global conquest being played out like a global game of Monopoly. I keep hearing our politicians speak of how Hitler was soo bad, yet they are doing the same damn thing as far as global conquest is concerned!

One thing that has been a constant throughout time is the desires of the rich, and elite to rule the world(Egypt,Rome,England,Germany etc.) Thoughout history these attempts have falied, and have been subdued.

One difference today, is that we have many leaders (not so much the citizens)of nations seeking a one world government, and the agenda is in play full steam ahead. Could this succeed?

This will absolutely, and eventually bring about WWIII, as those in agreement for a New World Order now will turn on each other at some point. It will be over something like maybe the US, and Russia bickering over a small country like maybe Georgia? It could also start with someone like Pakistan impeaching 'our man with the plan leader', and then changing course, and snubbing their nose at our global agenda.

Whether they (NWO) succeed or not, we will all suffer for their actions.

Because the U.S. media is capable of nothing else. The U.S. news machines have been purchased and subverted by pro Israel right wing factions in order to maintain a stranglehold over the unbelievably gullible and pliant populace. The U.S has become a base ball bat which various extremist interest groups use to beat down on any country sufficiently weak as to present little danger of biting back. Wherever the target of U.S. terrorism is strong enough to present even a minimalist chance of fighting back then the CIA are used to arm and motivate internal dissenters regardless of their character, history, aims or lack of democratic credentials. The U.S will come very seriously unstuck with the Russians who think in entirely different terms about military conflicts. The Russians have learned from a long history that almost every aggressor they have ever encountered has been better equipped, better organised, better trained and had numerous other advantages, but all have failed because Russia is ready and able to fight hard and dirty taking millions of casualities.

The creation of the conflict in Georgia is intended to block Russia from materially supporting IRAN during the impending invasion.

Israeli military advisors were involved with the Georgian offensive against South Ossetia {pop 70,000}.

On 14th July Georgian & US troops started a joint military exercise.

The OSSETIANS speak ossetic, an Iranian language. They're descended from Iranian tribes of Eurasia.

They became CHRISTIANS during the early middle ages.

From 1922 Ossetia was part of the USSR.

Many of them would have Russian passports. Unlike Kosovo, the US will not support an independent South Ossetia.

Just facts: Russia did not initiate military action. Georgia's forces has bombed and destroyed the region's capital and 1400 civilians in just the 1st day. There can be no justification for that. DO NOT forget this point. For the rest, see the videos below.

Since when they did not lie for just one day?

The "free" western mass media is nothing more than propaganda machines of lying.

Don't trust anything they say besides car accidents etc.

Poor Russia is the new victim of these western propaganda machines...after China suffered in March CIA planned Tibet riot. Oh wait, they are both on the menu every day...

Feel the power of mass media "news". They can completely twist the truth as majority population have no means of getting first hand information. And most of them have no means of thinking for themselves...

For the same reason as always. The possibility of oil and gas reserves. Another reason is the US economy is built on supplying arms to any willing purchasers.
