when i watch a video online it plays 2 seconds of video stops for about 5 seconds then plays 2 seconds again?

i have atlantic brodband internet the starter so idk if its my connection but, it usually works fine just takes buffering a little bit slower to happen, but now every video i watch is doing this

    Hi,

    When you play a video online you are connected to the server of that particular website and the video from that site stores temporarily in your ram and then it plays (buffering)

    As you say it happens more often now a days that may be due to

    1. Speed of your internet connection

    2. Traffic of the web server from you play the video

    3. More RAM used by processes

    I think you can reduce it by clearing catch of your web explorer or by reducing stress on your RAM

    This depends on your internet connection speed as well as the the server where the video is hosted.
