How to convert .flac files to .mp3?

I downladed loads of songs...but they're in .flac format and I want to be able to listen to them on wmp and put them on my phone.

Plz could you tell me step by step how to convert them, and what to convert them with?

    Visit http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ for the DBPowerAmp Music Converter. There is one catch though - the free version only has a 30-day time limit on MP3 encoding, you can still use it to make a WMA or AAC file though. Also make sure to install whatever codecs you want to use - you'll need to add-on the FLAC, MP3 and WMA codecs to do your conversions. Both the free and Power Pack versions also come with a CD Ripper.
