Swapping Windows on Dual-Screen?

I have a daul screen set-up, however the second monitor is my TV.

This means that if I watch a bit of TV, or play PS3, then the screen is no longer usable as a PC monitor. So if i need to use any programs that open up on the second screen i need to swithc through channels to PC or put PC back into sing[le screen mode.

I'm wondering if theres any quick mode or prgram where i cna swap a program from one screen to the other, maybe something that means i cnaright click on the taskbar and move the window form screen 2 to screen 1?

Update:

Thanks for replies upto now, but as a bit of Info i have a Nvidia. but I'll look at the Nvidia managment stuff.

hi depending on which graphics card your computer has, the software for the card should allow you to create profiles, from the profiles you can setup one for single screen and one for your dual screen, this way you simply select the profile depending on what you want to do i have an ibm think pad, it has an ATI graphics card and i use this feature from the software. you can do this manually from windows, but the extra software makes it quick and easy

i have a simaler set up. I have used my graphics card software (catilist control center) to create a shortcut on my first screens desktop for single and multi screen. When i want to use the tv for something else i just clcik the single screen icon and everything on the second will jump to the first. then when i want the tv i click the dual iucon again. It can also be set up with hot keys.
