Quick! I need some fonts and public speaking advice...?

I'm doing this talk from a full, verbatim paper notes.

Question is, what's the best font to use for ease of reading from the lectern?

thanks

Helvetics about 20 pt. double spacedmake it large so you can see it and number your pages. Make sure the paper doesn't stick to one another, fan it out a couple of time that should help--memorize your ending if you can it will make a strong statement. Look at the people and periodically look at your notes. If you can't look at them in the face just look slightly above their hairline. Split the audience in three areas and look at each section periodically. I won State Declamation ! 1 my first year out--you can too!

Plain, clear fonts. Arial, Verdana or Tahoma. Lots of small paragraphs, well-spaced.
