    It's Vishnu, or one of his avatars (various forms), most probably Krishna, as he is usually portrayed with blue skin. It is not Ganesha (Ganesha), as he has the body of a child and the head of an elephant.

    Kali goddess of death has four arms like this, but her skin is usually shown black. Lakshmi has four arms but natural skin usually. Vishnu has been shown as blue with four arms, but he's a god. I guess it's Vishnu the preserver. Trimurti is Brahma the creator, Shiva the destroyer and Vishnu the preserver.

    Its not SHIVA, as he/she has no snake around his neck. Seems like a female, so she could be SHAKTHI or DURGA
