Can anyone think of a character in a book, stage show, theatre production, film or tv programme that wears lots of pretty and bright eye makeup?

    Mmh thats a good question. Maybe betty boop or tinker bell. I think tinkerbell is perfect because her outfit is lime green and you can wear alot of sparkly and bright makeup. A lot of glitter and all that good stuff. Mmh maybe I'll do taht.
