Whats this song, very difficult question?

its in a wierd language but still has the tune.

its old and upbeat and been buggin me all night, since i heard it on little britain abroad.

the bit that made me recognise it, is the "tibeddy boom boom now" or what ever it might be!

so if you are a music mastermind please get tell me the title or something.

    Wild guess would be informer by snow I am not 100 percent sure though try typing in the lyrics on either google or yahoo search and then you should defnitely get accurate information
