HTML Virus Help Please?

Basically i have a virus on my PC, which add's lines of code to open a malicios website on all my html, php and asp pages and also it apparently effects exe files. I really need a solution, anything, it's so annoying now. Especially as i'm a web developer, tried AVG and it can't remove it although it does find infected files. I have removed the code from serveral files but it comes right back. If i remove the </body> tag it goes, but i have 60000 webpages on my PC, not gonna be easy to remove the code. Anyone know a solution?

Update:

Great suggestions, It's F8 to activate safe mode, i tried that and the virus is still there. Thanks anyway:) Trying to see if the programs from download work. Thanks all

OK, you need to shut down your computer, turn it on, and press F12 or F9 or whatever it is to select the boot mode, select safe mode, and start it, it may look weird, but it is supposed to. Next, since AVG can't find it with a regular scan, you may want to get a Malware detector from a friend or something. If that doesn't help, then I would suggest just asking a tech support person on McAfee.com, that's what I did when I got a keylogger and their instructions helped me rid myself of it.
