hi ,my wife and i are going to Hong Kong in June but flying with B.A.We are flying from terminal 5 ,a tea time flight 1800.We flew to Hong Kong last year to and loved it so much we are going back this year.To show you how much there is to do and see in hong kong ,we stayed for 2 weeks last year and still did not do and see all we wanted,Mind you my wife spent hours a day shopping in the malls and markets lol its a shoppers paradise.
One of the first things to do is to get yourself an octopus travel card, they are easy to get and easy to top up.Public travel is a big plus in Hong Kong, its cheap, and on time. You can use your card for the buses, trains, trams and the ferries.
Food wise you have a huge range of choice,if you eat like the locals it is extremely cheap,if you wish to splash out it can be very expensive lol but there really is such a wide range of choice.
Things you can do and see there are seemingly uncountable lol from Disney land to the big Buddha, but do try and go to the peak the veiws at night are fantastic'
Just a little warning not so much when you arrive but when leaving Hong Kong they are refurbishing the airport so allow a bit extra time for your flight.
End of the day i am sure you will love it.
Cheers (ps oh yes there beers are quite good to lol)

No...but have been there many times.
Do go to Sai Kung in the New Territories for a long leisurely lunch by the sea, with wonderful fresh fish and seafood which you pink yourself!
Also don't miss out on Stanley or the night market in Templ Street.
So many places to go there....oh if you have time...do take the hydrofoil over to Macau..it's only about an hour and a half (max) and is well worth the trip!
Cathay Pacific is an excellent airline.

I would have loved to but our starting location won't match.
Good luck for your venture to find a partner through Yahoo.
Why don't you use facebook, it will be more productive than yahoo answers.
