Does Brett Favre's penchant for glory put his Hall of Fame chances at risk?
He's easily now the biggest crier for attention in all of sports (surpassing Kobe, TO and A-Rod)...
Furthermore, he hasn't shown up in a game that has mattered in about a decade. I think he's back on the Hall bubble, again.

I think your wrong. How about all the media with there inaccurate stories getting put into peoples heads? Thats the biggest problem. He has never offically signed the papers for retirement. You are an idiot if you think him changing his mind about coming back is going to keep him from going to the Hall of Fame.. look what hes done on the field, he ranks 1st in basically every statistical category at the QB position. You need to stop believing in everything thing you hear from the media today.. you cant trust those people with anything..

Brett Favre will go in Hall of Fame for sure. He was a great player and I hope he gets signed to the Vikings and plays the Packers. I think he can at least get one or two more years in. If I was the Vikings coach, I would sign him for two years.
Source(s): If you played for say be a 1st tringer QB for about 1000 years (I know that would never happen) and every body else played till they were about 39 you would difinitly have the INT record along with Sack record, but you have TD record and yards record. He has been playing for a long time, give him some slack - 1 decade ago
Unfortunately no. Despite his clear need for attention shown by him consistent trying to make himself the center of football. Brett Farve is still one of the greatest QBs of all-time and a Green Bay Hero so unless he starts taking steroids he'll be in Canton his first year eligible

Over the past few seasons, Favre has been football's most wishy-washy crybaby attention whore. Still, his elite statistics and great accomplishments on the field cannot be denied. He's still a 1st ballot hall of famer.

How is he crying for attention? He isn't saying a word in this whole story. It's ESPN and all of the news people talking, not him.
And no... he's a lock at HOF no matter what he does this season or even next if the viks talk him into a 2 year contract like rumored.

E. Ron Wolf and Mike Holmgren - with out them, he performs in Atlanta for some seasons, and finally ends up like ninety% of the QB's interior the league. it would want to for sure be in Mississippi.

Not at all. He'll be a first ballot inductee despite all thats going on.
I'll say this, he should be grateful that its not the fans who are doing the voting.
Glad to read that at least some aren't putting all the hoopla on his shoulders (no pun intended).

attitude and what you do off the field does not affect whether you go to the HOF. which is why T.O. will be in the HOF 5 years after he retires.

Favre is a first ballot HOFer, but the drama over the past several years has diminished his stature in the court of public opinion.
