I would say that there is not a person who does not have more that one side to him. When we are feeling okay we generally behave in a reasonable manner, however if we are trigger off (even though we may not know why) the ugly side of us can show.

When one is showing evil tendencies it is time to ask why, as in what were you feeling before and after, why did the act make you feel empowered, who were you really trying to take vengeance on? What does it remind you of?

You have not explained what you mean by evil? I am suspecting that you are not using the word lightly and that you are genuinely concerned. Alcohol can also bring out the unpleasant side that we try to keep concealed. When people are sometimes cruel or evil there is an underlying connection to their upbringing and their backgrounds, it reaps of pain, rejection, abuse, worthlessness - it is not a good place.

If you actually mean evil as in horrid evil, it is time to seek psychiatric help with some one who is experienced, knowledgeable, has an abundance of commonsense, is highly skilled in his field and whom you feel comfortable with. It is wise to take this decision now before you destroy too many lives.

People have a bunch of them, can only be in one of them at a time.

bi polar.
