Horrible handwriting, ( dyspraxia)?

Are there any ways I can improve my handwriting? I have a neurological condition and I have horrible handwriting, ( embarrassing).

Update:

My son`s writing is better than mine, he`s in grade 3.. :(

Update 2:

try telling that to my son`s grade 3 teacher.

Update 3:

I`ll print...but it`s horrible as well. There are so many motor skills that are difficult for me. Driving, riding a bike, sorting my medication...I`ve explained this to my children, and they`re starting to get impatient....:(

    Your son's teacher has NO business criticizing your handwriting. Have you talked to your neurologist about exercises? Your hands just may not be able to do what's expected regardless of how much you practice. God bless.
