How is life in Tabuk?

Well I dont be in Tabuk in any season, but hear cool place. Not much population, no crowds, peaceful life and nice weather. You will observe good rain in spring season and its hard to find the same environment.

The second part you mentioned that YOU didnt lived in Saudi before. Regarding the life style, its Islamic shariah law country and every one has to follow Shariah rules. Womens has to wear Abaya (Hijab) while out for shopping or outing - irrespective of their native religion.

Womens cant allowed to drive, cant allowed to groom around, speak, or relate with unknown men. Your free activities are limited only inside 4 walls where you live or reside.

Well rest as usual.. Safety, Security etc are same as existed since centuries.

Living In Tabuk Saudi Arabia

that address is vague.. like the person above said.. it could just be a general post office box in that town.. since here in saudiarabia, we dont have home mail delivery, everything/everyone has a post office box.. so more than likely he just picked up his mail there.. sorry also by reading your other question that "H" posted above.. sounds like you need to hire a lawyer and get professional help hunting down the documents you need..
