He didn't think he did anything wrong. Years ago, when I still lived in my home country, I was at the open swimming pool in summer when I saw one of our neighbours holding his baby son and dipping his legs in the pool - just at the deepest end. The baby could easily have slipped ot the man could have been hit by some running children and fallen down, but nothing happened. That's not very different from what Jacko did. The thing is, you might be watching your child 24/7, obsessing about safety and some freaky accident might still happen.

The news made a bigger deal of it than what it was. It was slowed down and made to look like he was dangling him there for a long time. It was actually just two seconds. Elizabeth Taylor who was in the hotel room with him said he had such a tight grip on that child. The tabloids suck.

Nothing if you have a tight grip like he did. Funny how people could even call that dangling they obviously don't know the definition of the word. It's just stupidity.

it's dangerous.... lol, what if his grip hadn't been so tight? what if he did drop the baby? yeah, i wouldn't hold a baby over a balcony because 1. what purpose does it serve 2. what if i accidently lose my grip or something 3. it's dangerous and you put that child's life at risk.

It's called "Willful endangerment of the life of a child." Because no one made him do it. And it's stupid and dangerous. And "never going to drop him" doesn't mean he might not accidentally drop the child. Stuff happens.

Willful endangerment is a heavy rap, btw.

Come back on here and leave your comments later, see if you still feel the same way about babies being dangled off a balcony.

It's only ok when Michael Jackson does it silly!

Look what happens when some other geezer tried it - he gets set upon by 100 people!
