I'm feeling totally irrelevant in my current relationship, I feel like I am not loved anymore what do I do?

I am not sure what to do anymore I have been in this relationship for over 10 years and I just don't feel loved anymore. What am I supposed to do? Please no jokes about this as I am only opening up to your answers simply because I am in serious trouble of letting go of this "infernal" situation that I have found myself in. Please help. Thank you

hiya sauls, being married myself for 43yrs,i can see were you are coming from.things between you and your partner do go stale after quite a while, every ones does,as i found out, when i felt like that after 15yrs of marriage.i was told to relive my early days of courting and getting married.(i was 17 when i married).so i told my hubby we need to talk,we got a bottle of wine,a pen and paper each, and i asked him to write the things that he feels were now missing in our relationship.and i did the same.we check each other paper and 8 out of 11 things were the same.so we talk about it,asking each other if they want to leave the marriage, which neither of us did.after a few hours we sorted things out.and the main things were not having enough time together, not a lot of cuddles, don't speak to each other as much.and to put 1 day a week were we have a bottle of wine,a home made cooked meal, which we both did together, and listen to music, remembering the days when we were first together.and starting to be back to the way we were years ago.that was 28yrs ago.and we are still together and very much in love.and we still have our 1 day a week to relive our memories, and sort things out that is troubling any of us.i hope this might give you some ider, and hope you can sort your marriage out.good luck.xx

10 years, phew... long time. Don't feel the need to stay with your partner just because it's been a long time, if the spark is dying out there's nothing much you can do. If it was me in that situation, I would have a very long chat with my partner and come to some agreement that we both want even if it ends up you both breaking up maybe it's for the best. You shouldn't stay in a realtionship when you're giving everything but not getting it back it takes two to make it work, so if that's not happening then she's not worth it. Good luck to you.
