What are you supposed to do when someone who is put on disability is out violating his rights?
The man who has been put on disability for a few years now is not supposed to be doing any type of physical activity or lifting anything that's over 10 or 15 pounds, is going golfing all the time, working on vehicles, you name it, he has been told that he is not allowed to do any of these thing what so ever which includes working as well. If he does all of this then he can start working again like everyone else, so my main question is, is how do turn someone in who does this?

report it to the benefit office.
they will ask you who the persons is what they look like and what and were they can been seen.
all the info will be kept private so the persons who you report will not know who has reported them.
in some cases you may get a reward for doing so

Before reporting read this http://disabilityblogger.blogspot.com/2007/05/repo... although not a government website it's very informative. Many people who are not in the medical profession do not know the full definition of what it means to be on disability. You say he's been told all these things, is the part about if he does then he can start working again like everybody else part of this or your perception based on your limited knowledge. Either way if your adamant about reporting him for fraud (which is the only thing one can do - not violating his rights) you can contact the agency handling his disability; in the case of Social Security you can go here: http://www.ssa.gov/oig/guidelin.htm

Unless you are a doctor and or a disability attorney, you do not know what you are talking about. Turn them in? Call Social Security OFfice, they will ask for proof, they will ask for your medical credentials. They will have you go to court to testify. If you are wrong, then you have a liability suit facing you.
MYOB is the best bet.

Take pictures and videos of him working, lifting heavy things, and other stuff he shouldn't be able to do. Take it to the social security office or insurance company and they will get him.
