I have received a message claiming to be from Yahoo......?
and asking for my password and date of birth etc however, I suspect that the message did not originate from Yahoo as it came through as spam and asking that I update my account or else it will be deleted withing 2 weeks. Could someone please give me the email address of the Yahoo service department so that I can verify this message? Thanks for any help

You guessed it already. This is a known phishing scam attempting to get you to give them all your personal info. It's not from Yahoo, just delete it and ignore it. Good luck and be careful.
