I don't know the answer to your question - but I can help.
The "Thames Clippers" were all built by BSC Marine.
their website and email address is below. My guess is, that you will have to e-mail them and ask them your question. If you want anything other then someone's "best guess".
Of which, by the way, my guess is 3 feet from the waterline to the bridge deck. I have a 44' catamaran and did some rather extensive research on this before I built it. It seems, the better ones all had a 3 ft. clearance or within inches of it.
