Bügel auf
Bügel ab

It became a colloquial term for pantograph up - pantograph down, because it's nice and short. Though some call the whole pantograph "Bügel", while others do only mean the pantograph shoe.
Real railway specialists will have a problem with all of that. They will say, a Bügel must look like this:
