The Titanic - Who was going to be the next Captain?
Captain Smith was only going to captain the 1st voyage and then retire, so who was in line to take over?

My guess would be whoever was captain of the Adriatic at the time, as after the the Titanic' sister ship Olympic(which I assume captain Haddock would remain captain of) the Adriatic was the next largest ship in the White Star fleet, and also the ship captain Smith was captain of before the Olympic came into service.
