How to apply for a 5-10 Oyster Photocard from 2nd January?

On 2nd January pay as you go starts on National Rail so my daughter who is 6 will need an oyster photocard. I can't find the section on the tfl website where you can apply, only if you are a non resident - we are London residents. Do I need to apply in person at the ticket office and can I do this before 2nd January?

You really need to check this with TFL www.tfl.gov.uk Tel: 020 7 222 1234 What I do know for sure is that although national rail within the London travel zones will accept oysters, the rail company ticket offices will not issue or top up the cards

I think you'll need to apply through yer local council, my sweet. Find out which council covers your borough, and apply through them. Peace and love! Be lucky! :)
