EPC NOTE BOOK problem please help !!!!!!?
Hi i have a new EPC laptop note book and when i switch it on it says - application explorer , exe encountered a serious error and must close shut down - i can not get it to do anything ,i have pressed the reset button & took battery out and put it back in but it is still saying the same , i have to hold the on switch for 10 seconds to turn it off , any help would be great THANK-YOU

Even though this isn't the right place to put this question....
Call the company of the note book, and ask them what you can do. You really should have bought it from the company directly, so that you can have a guarantee, and now pay for any repairs it might need.
