I'll convert PDF to Word then fill it out in Word document.
Try AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter, works well for me. The original text, layouts, images, and hyperlinks can be exactly retained in the generated Word documents.
Here is the link: http://www.anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word.html#163
After conversion, you can convert the Word document back to PDF if you are using Microsoft Office 2007, or use the free PDF creators in the following list.

Hope it helps.

i'm getting around this via utilising CutePDF as a printer and then as quickly as the form is crammed out keep it as yet another PDF. You ill lose the form fields, although that's going to be saved in simple terms such as you will possibly have printed it.

Go to downloads.com and search for pdf editing software.
There are tons and tons of free editing pdf software available in net; adobe acrobat is the best software but you need to buy it which is completely unnecessary.
