holiday to goa in june?

As someone said its the Monsoon season. It could rain for a few hours in your 2 weeks or it could rain half the day.

Where to go- it depends on what you want to do

Beer is about 50 Rp for a large kingfisher (local bar) , or 35Rp to take home froma wholesaler. or you could pay double for a small one in a bar.

Chicken rice, and naan, about 80 Rp, samosa for about 3 rp omlette for about 15 Rp

You can double the prices and double them and more, these prices are more local eateries.

Hotel or apartment- You will get some good deals in Hotels and apartments, but to rent for 2 weeks can be difficult.

I would suggest you hold on, and go in November- for much nicer weather.....

I have an apartment there (calangute) but no one to manage it in June, only between September and April

You do realise that June is the monsoon season in Goa and there will be very little places open to tourists the holiday season is from November to April when all the Bars restaurants are open for business you could expect to get a decent meal with drinks for less than a tenner in most places therefore you don't need to go full board ,all inc.as for where it all depends on what you want I prefer the calmer resort of Candolim myself. I would research the holiday forum sites they will give you an idea of the difference from resort to resort and also the Trips out that are available Hope this helps and I can recommend Goa in season the people are the friendliest kindest happiest you could wish to meet and make your hols.
