36 weeks gone, had show on Saturday night.?
I'm 36 weeks pregnant and i had my show on Saturday night. I've been getting contraction pains since, but they seem to get worse and closer together and then ease off. The Dr said my little boy will be fine if he comes now as i had the steroid injections earlier in my pregnancy. I also have spd, so in a lot of pain from that as well. Does anyone have any tips or advice to get things going a bit faster?

walking, sex, raspberry tea, acupuncture and prime rose oil pills (sold at walmart or walgreens) They are all suppose to help. Don't do castro oil if anyone suggests it.. it just makes you sicker than a dog and usually doesn't speed anything up.

When i was pregnant with my first child after 37 weeks of carrying him i was eager to get him out of me and i was told eat pizza any kind, if i wanted to start my contractions. Well i ate so pepperoni pizza that night along acupuncture, the next day my literally broke NO LIE. I could have just been lucky but till this day i still say it was the pizza that did it for me. good luck. you can try it if you like but no guarantees.

Not really besides what people normally recommend. Sex, Walking, nipple stimulation... even with the steroids I would probably let him bake for a while longer.
