If she's had a headache every day for 2 or 3 years, she should have been at the doctors a long time ago. So get her there now, see if she can be referred for a scan.

You could just take an OTC sinus medication, but if you're looking for home remedies, here's a couple simple ones: Drink a cup of coffee or tea. The heat + caffeine can help ease headache pain. Or have a hot shower. The steam will help your sinuses to drain, which should offer some relief.

Has she had her eyes tested? his could be down to eye strain. Also a number of other factors could cause headaches or migraines such as,, stress dehydration, high blood pressure and even too much caffeine. Make an appointment at your Doctors and opticians to rule out any medical or eye problems.

    Hope this helps

My aunt had the exact same thing. She went to see the doctor and he prescribed her with special pills that are stronger than Tylenol. I don't remember how they were called, but you should tell your wife to go see a doctor. My aunt had these prescribed every month, and they worked. Hope this helps.
