saliva is the name of water from your mouth but never use saliva as a lube and don't put anything besides a water based lube down there. You'll wind up with an infection. Water-based lubricants are affordable and readily available. They do not interfere with the effectiveness of a condom, like petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and baby oil do. Sex lubricants make your sex play more enjoyable. If you are embarrassed shop online and you'll get a discreet packed parcel with no problems and even your postman will not know what is inside but nev er use saliva or any other solutions you can find at home, even baby or olive oil.

It's fine to use saliva, so long as you are healthy.
