I have been working in a private sector (Dubai, UAE) since 2005 under limited contract as a Truck Driver?

I have been working in a private sector (Dubai, UAE) since 2005 under limited contract as a Truck Driver, I wish to resign from this company. 1- My question is Can my sponsor put ONE YEAR employment BAN in my passport? 2- Can I get all gratuity and service money? 3- If he is not cancelling my visa, Can I approach Ministry of Labour for cancellation of my visa and labour card? If I go labour for complaining, Can they put one year ban in my passport of in system? The reason is my sponsor is asking me if I resign now, I have to pay all visa expenses........ I have completed one contract from 2005-2008, and the second contract is finishing this year end. Both contracts is LIMITED. Please reply me................

    i live in the UAE too. lol

    All you have to do is ask him if he cant answer the Ministry of Labour can help you with everything it is there job to handle all of these situations. Good luck
