For dandruff which medicine is best?

For dandruff which medicine is best? Ayurvedic or Allopathic? Please suggest a doctor name or hospital in kannur district kerala !!!

I have also early whiteness of my hairs.... i am only 30 years old... and more than 100of my hair and more than 10 of my moshtaque whited.

    I had dandruff about 1 year ago and then i bought this shampoo called nizoral. I rubbed it on my hair 4 times and it about 7 days it went away. And even after a year I don't even have it anymore. It worked for me. They sell them at Rite Aid for like $10.

    I just suggest u one shampoo like Head & Shoulder.

    Actually it works and its my personal experience.
