How do i take these tablets/capsules, pic included!?

Do i have to open them or something, or just swallow them like that??

    Swallow them whole.

    you just swallow them whole. the capsule will disolve in your stomach and release the medicine there. if you have trouble with swallowing capsules then you can open them up and take the powder out, mix it with a bit of water and drink it down. be warned though, chances are the medicine in the capsule will most likely taste disgusting so you would be much better of swallowing the capsule whole.

    some capsules contain medicine that could harm your foodpipe or mouth and MUST be taken whole, but if that is the case there will be a warning on the box, it will say "swallow whole", if it doesn't then it's ok to open it and mix it with water/juice.
