what would be the best blood substitute to use on a dead cow?

we are students and we want to see if we can get the insides of a cow to pump and function but we will need some sort of blood substitute. Any ideas?

    if you have any access to anti clotting agents, you could get cows blood from butchers.

    DEAD thing don't do anything,kid.

    ANY fluid can be forced into a carcass....it will do NOTHING.
